Not much blooming in the greenhouse right now, but this unidentified echeveria brightened up the place.
Most of my echeverias have pinkish flowers, so this one is a color change. Most of the others also have their flowers on a long single stem, and these are clustered at the end of the stem, so that is a nice difference as well.
This echeveria was shared with me by a friend who had lost its name over time. I tried to identify it by looking through the many echeverias shown in the Images icon on the Internet. Forget that! With so many hybrids and varieties, the list was endless and so many looked so similar, I just gave up. But it is still a pretty plant, makes lots of pups, or babies, and does have these nice little clusters of flowers, so I think I’ll keep it.
